Hosted Q Desktop environments, ITaaS, and CSaaS deployments are governed by your executed Master Services Agreement and applicable Business Associate or compliance addenda.

3. Information we collect

• Inquiry and onboarding fields you submit (name, business email, phone number, company, organization slug, and message).
• Client portal account email and one-time verification links or six-digit codes used to authenticate your session.
• Standard edge security and technical logs maintained by Cloudflare and our authentication provider (IP address, user agent, timestamps, security checks).

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. How we use information

• Schedule Q Desktop live demos, answer technical inquiries, and provision client workspaces.
• Authenticate and protect your client portal account.
• Maintain the security, availability, and performance of our website and cloud services.

We use Cloudflare for edge hosting, DNS, and bot protection, and Supabase (United States) for passwordless client portal authentication. Lead submissions are routed to Virtual-Q and FutureTranz CRM / vCMO systems to fulfill your request.
