Primoris’s Infrastructure team, in the process of updating its Microsoft email Server experienced a total system User lockout. Virtual-Q’s Microsoft team got involved, took time to understand the situation and was able to escalate the incident through their Microsoft channel to have Primoris’s Server brought online within hours.
I tested the Q Desktop and I found it perfect and very useful.
